Offset Says No Smoke, All Support: Cardi B Can Win Too!

Offset is flipping the script on pop culture narratives by telling TMZ he is not competing with Cardi B, even though both their albums are dropping just weeks apart. He made it crystal clear: there is zero rivalry. He wants peace, for them both to shine, and most importantly, for their kids to win too.

His latest solo album, Kiari, just dropped August 22 and he’s calling it Grammy-worthy. Cardi’s sophomore album, Am I the Drama?, lands September 19. Instead of throwing shade, Offset said, “Never. No, no, no. I just want all peace, man, all for us to win, everybody gotta win. We got kids to take care of, we got to catch the dubs.” And when asked about competition with Cardi he doubled down: he’ll support her release, calling it “hard.” He believes she’s about to “do her big one too”.

The game usually pits artists against each other. Here Offset is rewriting the playbook, leaning into respect and shared success. He’s singing harmony instead of battle cries. That move? Pure thought leadership in rap relationships.

Life around them hasn’t exactly been sunlit. Cardi filed for divorce again in mid 2024. They’re co-parenting three kids; Kulture, Wave, and baby Blossom. But Offset’s attitude shatters the toxic narrative. He’s saying we can all win at once. He’s showing that even when the industry tries to script drama, real strength lies in unity and support.
