Amid vicious insults and personal allegations, Cardi says enough is enough, she wants the face time
Cardi B has officially dragged her feud with Nicki Minaj into a new arena: real life. After a torrent of Twitter exchanges, Cardi dropped what she called her final public post, and in it she declared she’s ready to meet up with Nicki face to face.
Her post begins bluntly: “This my last time responding to you because this past Twitter now.. I gotta see you… but first ima tell you truth.” She names Nicki by her birth name, Onika Tanya Maraj, and proceeds to accuse her longtime rival of being a drug addict and a victim of unresolved trauma. She references allegations of child sexual abuse and claims Nicki uses substances to numb her pain. Cardi tells her she needs therapy now.
Then she drags Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty, into the fire. Cardi claims he allows Nicki to stay high so he can use her credit and manipulate her. She accuses Nicki of having no real support system and warns she is losing her mind. She tries to spin the declaration as firm but final: “I’M NOT THROWING AWAY MY CAREER … I’LL SEE YOU WHEN I SEE YOU.”
Make no mistake, this is not a casual diss. Cardi escalated the war to personal territory. She’s pointing to deep wounds, accusing Nicki of self-destruction, and demanding a reckoning. Meanwhile, the insults keep flying. Nicki has responded by mocking Cardi, calling her “Barney B” and mocking her family.
This roast is vicious, layered, and dangerous. Cardi says she’s ending the public back and forth. But by publicly calling out addiction, mental health, and alleged abuse, she’s also raising the stakes. If this meeting ever happens, it won’t be performance, it’s war.
