Kylie Jenner Lawsuit Drama Expands as Housekeeper Claims She Was Sent to Clean Timothée Chalamet’s Mansion Without Pay

A new filing, unpaid work allegations, and a Hollywood love triangle backdrop turn routine house help into legal chaos

Kylie Jenner is back in legal headlines, and this time the story stretches beyond her own luxury homes into the orbit of Hollywood’s most talked about relationship.

A former housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez, has filed a lawsuit claiming she was not only underpaid and mistreated while working for Jenner, but also allegedly sent to clean the Los Angeles home of Jenner’s boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet, without proper reimbursement or compensation.

Vasquez says she worked for Jenner between September 2024 and August 2025, starting at the Beverly Hills property before being reassigned to a Hidden Hills residence. She alleges the job came with hostility, exclusion, and what she describes as severe workplace mistreatment from other staff members.

But the most eyebrow raising claim is the alleged “outsourcing” of her labor. According to the suit, Vasquez was instructed to travel and perform cleaning duties at additional locations, including Chalamet’s home, while not being reimbursed for travel costs or extra work.

The lawsuit also includes broader accusations of wage violations, unpaid overtime, denied breaks, and emotional distress tied to what she describes as a toxic work environment.

Jenner and Chalamet are both named in the public reporting around the case, though neither has made a detailed public statement on the allegations at this time.
