Brooklyn drill titan Fivio Foreign is out after 196 days behind bars and boy, did he return with flair. Following a January arrest in New Jersey for terroristic threats, he pleaded to a third-degree charge, bypassing more serious weapon and assault counts. A Bergen County judge gave him credit for time served and slapped him with three years of probation.
